How to search for an accommodation?

Our webpage can be searched simply, in detail or according to destination. If you chose one of the first two searches, you need to fill in the dates and number of persons and a region or a destination to your liking. As a result, you will see accommodations which suit the parameters of your search.

To search from our first page you need to:

  • Choose the service type
  • Destination (not obligatory)
  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Number of persons
  • Click on Search

Why does our page state that the accommodation is available but you receive a negative feedback for your inquiry?

Private accommodation availability changes every day and it is hard to have a completely accurate availability calendar. This is precisely why sometimes occurs that we receive an inquiry and reply that the accommodation is not available.

Can I bring my pet on vacation?

Some owners and hotels do not accept pets into their houses or hotels. If an owner/hotel does accept pet, it is clearly stated on web pages, together with the surcharges required. It is very important to add the pet to your booking form and inform the Agency, otherwise the owner does not have to accept the reservation.

How can I check if the accommodation is available?

Detailed description of the accommodation contains a photographic preview of the accommodation inside and out, prices and availability, map of the location and guest reviews. When you click on the price and availability tab, it is possible to see accommodation availability.

A calendar will appear with colors which represent available and blocked dates ( green-available, red-blocked, orange-your chosen period).

How do I pay for the reservation?

When do I receive my voucher/travel document?

As soon as we receive your payment, you will receive your travel document/voucher as a reservation proof. If you choose to pay online, you will receive your voucher in a few hours. If you choose to pay the advance payment or full amount by bank transfer, it takes several days until the money comes to our account and it may take up to 4 days before you receive your voucher.

What is included in the price of private accommodation?

The price includes the use of electricity and water, dishes, cutlery, linen and towels. In most facilities, the final cleaning is included in the price or is emphasized as additional service.

What services can sometimes be charged?

Additional services are sometimes not included in the price of accommodation, such as the use of air conditioning, boat rental, and internet, washing machine if it is outside the accommodation or something similar. Such additional services are arranged directly with the owner.

What is the standard equipment in the accommodation?

All units except the rooms have their own kitchen, with a stove and a fridge, kitchen utensils and cutlery. Linen is also provided. Additional equipment is indicated for each accommodation unit.

Is there a certain time when I need to come and go from the accommodation?

Unless otherwise indicated, the earliest check-in time for accommodation is after 14 hours on the day of arrival, and check our should be by 10am on the day of departure.

What will happen if I do not inform the agency about all the people coming to accommodation?

If more persons should come to the accommodation than stated on the voucher, then the owner is not obligated to accept the booking. Therefore, it is necessary to inform the agency about all people (adults and children) or write them in the booking form.
